Hey girly! Welcome to JLY!

My name is Kenzie, I am 22, and I love Jesus, my golden-doodles Coco & Rosie, Chick Fil A, the lake and beach, a good sunset walk, Disney world and Disney movies (my dream is to live in Florida one day), watching vlogs on youtube, organizing, finding fun worship music, baking, and traveling! I grew up in a small town and I am a recent graduate from Dallas Baptist University where I played volleyball and met my husband! I have a passion for Jesus and fashion & am married to my best friend Conner who plays baseball. With that I needed to find a job that would be as flexible as possible (playing pro baseball has you moving around alot) while giving me an outlet to express my love for all things color and clothing! After praying and seeking out opportunities, I felt like the Lord had laid on my heart for a while that he had put a dream in me to start a boutique (but I was too scared to even acknowledge it because I felt like it was never going to prosper and that I wasn't good enough to do this on my own). Maybe you have a dream in your heart that has been there for a while. Take it to God, he may be the one who put it there!! As months went on it became evident that it was time to start the process of creating all the things for JLY! so, here I am!!! I took the leap of faith and although it has been a trying time of figuring out everything to start a business, I can say that the Lord has opened every door that needed to be opened in order for this small business to operate, and all I can do is praise him for it!

JLY! Stands for “Jesus Loves You”. I wanted the name to be a ministry opportunity for those who wear the clothes, praying that it would spark a conversation to lead to seed planting, thank you Lord!! Here you will find all things colorful, comfy, formal, and fun! I believe that you can never be too colorful with your outfits no matter what everyone else is wearing or the season (fall, winter, spring, summer). These outfits I'm hoping for girls to wear to class, around the house, out for groceries, brunch, sorority events, anything really!
