RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Hi! Our hope at JLY! is that you are always satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that in some cases, items may need to be returned. Online and in person purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT if the customer returns the item within 7 days of receiving your order (shipping cost will be deducted from your store credit). After the 7 day time frame, the item will not be eligible for return.
Discounted items & accessories are not eligible for return as they are FINAL SALE ITEMS.
Due to hygiene reasons, swimwear, bodysuits and leggings will not be accepted for returns.
The items returned must be in perfect condition, with no deodorant, makeup, perfume, food stains, or any other type of stain. Cigarette smell or pet hair on any items will not be accepted.
Return Instructions for Website purchases:
- Log into your customer account through the icon at the top right of the website that looks like a person.
- Click on the order you would like to return and select “request return” and select the reason for your request as well as any additional comments. (If your request meets the criteria above, you will be refunded store credit minus shipping cost).
Include the packing slip in your return which will be found in your original packaged order (it has the order # & your information on it). Wrap the item carefully so that in the shipping process it is not damaged.
Shoes are to be shipped in their original boxing doubled with another box to protect them during shipping with the label attached on top.
Once the return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Once processed, we will email you your store credit minus shipping cost.
Damaged Items:
If you have a damaged item, you must report it to shopjlyy@gmail.com with pictures. Damaged items must be reported within two days of your receipt.
